This is evidenced by the results of a sociological survey.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"415\" data-end=\"585\">According to the survey, <strong data-start=\"437\" data-end=\"474\">82% of respondents oppose<\/strong> of such a decision. At the same time, almost one in three Ukrainians has received parcels from abroad in the past year.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"587\" data-end=\"617\">What do Ukrainians order?<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"619\" data-end=\"746\">In most cases, these are inexpensive shipments worth <strong data-start=\"683\" data-end=\"698\">up to 100 euros<\/strong>.<br data-start=\"699\" data-end=\"702\" \/>Among those who received international parcels:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"748\" data-end=\"924\">\n<li data-start=\"748\" data-end=\"784\">\n<p data-start=\"750\" data-end=\"784\"><strong data-start=\"750\" data-end=\"757\">45%<\/strong> ordered clothes and shoes;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"785\" data-end=\"843\">\n<p data-start=\"787\" data-end=\"843\"><strong data-start=\"787\" data-end=\"794\">26%<\/strong> - power banks, batteries and chargers;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"844\" data-end=\"924\">\n<p data-start=\"846\" data-end=\"924\"><strong data-start=\"846\" data-end=\"853\">29%<\/strong> bought goods needed to overcome the consequences of the energy crisis.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"926\" data-end=\"1004\">Overall. <strong data-start=\"934\" data-end=\"950\">64% respondents<\/strong> call international parcels important in times of war.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"1006\" data-end=\"1045\">Possible consequences of tax increases<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"1047\" data-end=\"1161\">The vast majority of respondents are convinced that the rise in international shipping prices could have negative consequences:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1163\" data-end=\"1317\">\n<li data-start=\"1163\" data-end=\"1237\">\n<p data-start=\"1165\" data-end=\"1237\"><strong data-start=\"1165\" data-end=\"1172\">79%<\/strong> believe that this will harm volunteering and defence;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1238\" data-end=\"1317\">\n<p data-start=\"1240\" data-end=\"1317\"><strong data-start=\"1240\" data-end=\"1247\">85%<\/strong> predict a negative impact of possible delays in parcels on the same areas.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1319\" data-end=\"1529\">Experts emphasise that the issue of taxation of international shipments remains sensitive in times of war, as a significant portion of humanitarian aid and essential goods is delivered through postal channels.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"1531\" data-end=\"1542\">Context.<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"1544\" data-end=\"1813\">Discussions about changing the rules of taxation of international parcels periodically arise within the framework of the state's tax and customs policy.
