This was reported by the Ukrainian media.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"494\" data-end=\"621\">The initiative offers a new model of family economic activity with a limited income and the simplest possible tax accounting.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"623\" data-end=\"651\">Key business conditions<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"653\" data-end=\"735\">The draft law stipulates that it will be possible to work without registering as a sole proprietor under the following conditions:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"737\" data-end=\"915\">\n<li data-start=\"737\" data-end=\"773\">\n<p data-start=\"739\" data-end=\"773\"><strong data-start=\"739\" data-end=\"770\">annual revenue of up to UAH 8 million<\/strong>;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"774\" data-end=\"832\">\n<p data-start=\"776\" data-end=\"832\">The work involves <strong data-start=\"798\" data-end=\"829\">Only household members<\/strong>;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"833\" data-end=\"915\">\n<p data-start=\"835\" data-end=\"915\">submitted <strong data-start=\"845\" data-end=\"881\">a single annual tax return<\/strong> indicating actual income.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 data-start=\"917\" data-end=\"942\">What services are allowed<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"944\" data-end=\"998\">The list of permitted activities is proposed to include:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1000\" data-end=\"1390\">\n<li data-start=\"1000\" data-end=\"1044\">\n<p data-start=\"1002\" data-end=\"1044\">retail trade in markets and from stalls;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1045\" data-end=\"1087\">\n<p data-start=\"1047\" data-end=\"1087\">cosmetology and hairdressing services;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1088\" data-end=\"1149\">\n<p data-start=\"1090\" data-end=\"1149\">tutoring, legal advice, and tutoring services;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1150\" data-end=\"1199\">\n<p data-start=\"1152\" data-end=\"1199\">care for sick people and domestic workers;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1200\" data-end=\"1271\">\n<p data-start=\"1202\" data-end=\"1271\">cooking and other services in the restaurant industry;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1272\" data-end=\"1316\">\n<p data-start=\"1274\" data-end=\"1316\">repair of appliances, furniture, clothing and footwear;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1317\" data-end=\"1354\">\n<p data-start=\"1319\" data-end=\"1354\">transportation of passengers and cargo;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1355\" data-end=\"1390\">\n<p data-start=\"1357\" data-end=\"1390\">cleaning, washing and ironing.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 data-start=\"1392\" data-end=\"1430\">Cost accounting and social support<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"1432\" data-end=\"1637\">The document proposes to allow household expenses to include <strong data-start=\"1496\" data-end=\"1528\">not only direct business costs<\/strong>, but also funds for the maintenance of each family member - in the amount of <strong data-start=\"1585\" data-end=\"1636\">60% of the average monthly salary for the previous year<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1639\" data-end=\"1880\">The concept of <strong data-start=\"1663\" data-end=\"1691\">\u00absocial transfer\u00bb<\/strong> - state financial assistance.<br data-start=\"1724\" data-end=\"1727\" \/>To receive such support, the family must submit <strong data-start=\"1776\" data-end=\"1815\">annual declaration of real income<\/strong>. At the same time, this rule will not apply to pensions and scholarships.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"1882\" data-end=\"1894\">Context.<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"1896\" data-end=\"2211\">The idea of simplifying small business has been discussed in Ukraine for several years.<br data-start=\"1983\" data-end=\"1986\" \/>Supporters of the initiative believe that it will help legalise small family businesses and reduce the shadow economy, while critics warn of possible <strong data-start=\"2143\" data-end=\"2196\">tax abuses and unequal competition conditions<\/strong> with existing individual entrepreneurs.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2213\" data-end=\"2314\">The final decision on the draft law will be made by the Parliament after further consideration and
