Russia is behind terrorist attack in Lviv, says Zelensky<\/h2>\n

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy<\/strong> said that the perpetrators of the terrorist attack in Lviv were recruited via messenger Telegram<\/strong><\/em>, and the organisation is backed by the Russian side.<\/p>\n

What the president said<\/h3>\n

According to the Head of State, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the National Police of Ukraine and the Security Service of Ukraine will soon present the details of the investigation to the public.<\/p>\n

The President also instructed to develop additional response measures to prevent similar crimes in the future.<\/p>\n

\u00abOur law enforcement officers already have some experience in countering this. Dozens of similar situations have been prevented. Ukrainian law enforcement officers are constantly counteracting such recruitment,\u00bb Zelenskyy said.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

The Head of State added that Ukrainian intelligence has data on Russia's intentions to continue organising such attacks against Ukrainians.<\/p>\n

He stressed the need to strengthen security measures to protect citizens.<\/p>\n
