The situation is getting worse:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"450\" data-end=\"575\">\n<li data-section-id=\"1bhbgxk\" data-start=\"450\" data-end=\"489\">\n<p data-start=\"452\" data-end=\"489\">a full-scale war against Ukraine;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"dlfvi9\" data-start=\"490\" data-end=\"528\">\n<p data-start=\"492\" data-end=\"528\">mass migration of the population abroad;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1svvpqg\" data-start=\"529\" data-end=\"575\">\n<p data-start=\"531\" data-end=\"575\">human losses on the frontline and among civilians.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"577\" data-end=\"673\">Demographers warn that the combination of these factors is dramatically reducing the natural reproduction of the population.<\/p>\n<h3 data-section-id=\"1tdakn0\" data-start=\"675\" data-end=\"695\">Demographics assessment<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"697\" data-end=\"786\">Director of the Institute of Demography of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine <strong data-start=\"741\" data-end=\"758\">Ella Libanova<\/strong> called the situation critical.<\/p>\n<blockquote data-start=\"788\" data-end=\"957\">\n<p data-start=\"790\" data-end=\"957\">\u00abThis is a disaster. No country can exist without people.
