The document provides for new guarantees regarding payments, length of service and post-service support.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"335\" data-end=\"408\">We are talking about comprehensive changes in the social security of the military.<\/p>\n<h3 data-section-id=\"zxgr8x\" data-start=\"410\" data-end=\"440\">What will change for the military<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"442\" data-end=\"503\">The law provides for guarantees during service, in particular:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"505\" data-end=\"771\">\n<li data-section-id=\"inn5yt\" data-start=\"505\" data-end=\"540\">\n<p data-start=\"507\" data-end=\"540\">payment of financial support;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"t9ind1\" data-start=\"541\" data-end=\"594\">\n<p data-start=\"543\" data-end=\"594\">medical care, food and clothing;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1ffbvbq\" data-start=\"595\" data-end=\"644\">\n<p data-start=\"597\" data-end=\"644\">holidays and compensation for unused days;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"jiw1uj\" data-start=\"645\" data-end=\"675\">\n<p data-start=\"647\" data-end=\"675\">treatment and rehabilitation;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1cqe90u\" data-start=\"676\" data-end=\"705\">\n<p data-start=\"678\" data-end=\"705\">Provision of accommodation;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"8un4jv\" data-start=\"706\" data-end=\"730\">\n<p data-start=\"708\" data-end=\"730\">free travel;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1n7256i\" data-start=\"731\" data-end=\"771\">\n<p data-start=\"733\" data-end=\"771\">inclusion of service in the employment record.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 data-section-id=\"1tyfmv3\" data-start=\"773\" data-end=\"802\">After returning from service<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"804\" data-end=\"839\">The document also guarantees the military:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"841\" data-end=\"1038\">\n<li data-section-id=\"1we4vvq\" data-start=\"841\" data-end=\"894\">\n<p data-start=\"843\" data-end=\"894\">retaining the same or a higher position;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"zy0aeg\" data-start=\"895\" data-end=\"926\">\n<p data-start=\"897\" data-end=\"926\">payment of the average salary;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"q1pcd8\" data-start=\"927\" data-end=\"972\">\n<p data-start=\"929\" data-end=\"972\">crediting insurance and employment history;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"xicf3f\" data-start=\"973\" data-end=\"1038\">\n<p data-start=\"975\" data-end=\"1038\">the right to annual leave from the first year after returning.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 data-section-id=\"1cognkr\" data-start=\"1040\" data-end=\"1058\">Supporting families<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"1060\" data-end=\"1100\">There is a provision for military family members:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1102\" data-end=\"1256\">\n<li data-section-id=\"1n5sp1b\" data-start=\"1102\" data-end=\"1142\">\n<p data-start=\"1104\" data-end=\"1142\">pre-emptive right to employment;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1ixzw0\" data-start=\"1143\" data-end=\"1169\">\n<p data-start=\"1145\" data-end=\"1169\">assistance with relocation;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"hmlnhp\" data-start=\"1170\" data-end=\"1192\">\n<p data-start=\"1172\" data-end=\"1192\">payment of sick leave;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"qmzzud\" data-start=\"1193\" data-end=\"1256\">\n<p data-start=\"1195\" data-end=\"1256\">a one-time allowance in case of death or injury of a serviceman.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 data-section-id=\"1j6jrqb\" data-start=\"1258\" data-end=\"1289\">Payments for missing persons<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"1291\" data-end=\"1308\">The law stipulates:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1310\" data-end=\"1429\">\n<li data-section-id=\"skpbsc\" data-start=\"1310\" data-end=\"1390\">\n<p data-start=\"1312\" data-end=\"1390\">monthly payments to the families of missing persons until the fact of death is established;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1dv7z74\" data-start=\"1391\" data-end=\"1429\">\n<p data-start=\"1393\" data-end=\"1429\">one-time assistance - up to UAH 15 million.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 data-section-id=\"wmpvse\" data-start=\"1431\" data-end=\"1449\">Additional regulations<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"1451\" data-end=\"1549\">The document also provides for the improvement of mechanisms for combating discrimination and harassment in the
