applied both in winter and summer months, during periods of maximum load on the power system.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"525\" data-end=\"690\">The expert explained that the restoration of generation and energy infrastructure will take considerable time, so it will not be possible to completely abandon the schedules in a short time.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"692\" data-end=\"782\">This is primarily about
