The United States has reported serious losses in Iran's naval forces after a series of strikes in the region. According to the US President Donald Trump<\/strong>, US forces allegedly destroyed and sank nine Iranian warships.<\/p>\n The head of the White House said that among the affected vessels were \u00abrelatively large and important\u00bb units of the Iranian fleet. He also reported significant damage to the Iranian Navy headquarters.<\/p>\n According to Trump, the operation was part of a broader campaign of pressure on Iran.
