New evacuation rules: children can be taken away without parents' permission<\/h2>\n

Ukraine has officially allowed the forced evacuation of children from the areas of active hostilities. The relevant law was signed by the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

What the law changes<\/h3>\n

The new rules allow for the mandatory evacuation of minors from dangerous regions even if their parents or legal representatives refuse to leave.<\/p>\n

First of all, we are talking about areas where active hostilities are ongoing or where there is a direct threat to the lives of civilians.<\/p>\n
