Ex-head of Zhytomyr SBU office granted bail in amount of UAH 6.9 million<\/h2>\n

According to the investigation, the former SBU official may be involved in schemes for embezzlement of funds<\/strong>, allocated for the construction of defensive fortifications for military airfields.<\/p>\n

We are talking about more than $320 thousand<\/strong>, which, according to the investigation, were misappropriated during the implementation of the defence construction project.<\/p>\n

The investigation is part of the anti-corruption proceedings concerning the use of budget funds allocated to Strengthening Ukraine's defence infrastructure<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Court decision<\/h3>\n

\u0423 The High Anti-Corruption Court (HACC)<\/strong> reported that the suspect posted a bail of UAH 6.9 million<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Once bail has been posted, procedural restrictions may be applied to him, in particular:<\/p>\n
