TP investigation has a statute of limitations: after one year, administrative liability does not apply<\/h2>\n

The search by territorial recruitment centres (TRCs) for persons who have violated the rules of military registration has a limited time limit. If from the moment of the violation one year<\/strong>, It is no longer possible to bring a person to administrative responsibility.<\/p>\n

According to the law, if the following has passed since the violation was committed one year<\/strong>, administrative proceedings can no longer be initiated or applied.<\/p>\n
