In total, the state budget has already received more than <strong data-start=\"265\" data-end=\"283\">UAH 72 million<\/strong>, Deputy Minister of Digital Transformation <strong data-start=\"339\" data-end=\"380\"><span class=\"hover:entity-accent entity-underline inline cursor-pointer align-baseline\"><span class=\"whitespace-normal\">Natalia Denikeeva<\/span><\/span><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"383\" data-end=\"439\">According to her, three companies have received licences to operate:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"441\" data-end=\"484\">\n<li data-section-id=\"1em6we6\" data-start=\"441\" data-end=\"454\">\n<p data-start=\"443\" data-end=\"454\"><strong data-start=\"443\" data-end=\"452\">\u00abMSL\u00bb<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"7a6krj\" data-end=\"582\">Each operator paid <strong data-start=\"509\" data-end=\"532\">UAH 24.2 million each<\/strong> for the right to operate in the Ukrainian lottery market.<\/p>\n<h3 data-section-id=\"1nbusbo\" data-start=\"584\" data-end=\"614\">How the new system will work<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"616\" data-end=\"746\">\u0423 <strong data-start=\"618\" data-end=\"659\"><span class=\"hover:entity-accent entity-underline inline cursor-pointer align-baseline\"><span class=\"whitespace-normal\">Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine<\/span><\/span><\/strong> explain that the lottery market will operate under new control and transparency rules.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"748\" data-end=\"768\">In particular, it provides for:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"770\" data-end=\"912\">\n<li data-section-id=\"1xaf9pb\" data-start=\"770\" data-end=\"809\">\n<p data-start=\"772\" data-end=\"809\"><strong data-start=\"772\" data-end=\"807\">electronic reporting of operators<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1mztdy4\" data-start=\"810\" data-end=\"868\">\n<p data-start=\"812\" data-end=\"868\"><strong data-start=\"812\" data-end=\"866\">real-time control of sales and payments<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"by99q9\" data-start=\"869\" data-end=\"912\">\n<p data-start=\"871\" data-end=\"912\"><strong data-start=\"871\" data-end=\"912\">QR code for each lottery ticket<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"914\" data-end=\"1008\">Such mechanisms will allow the state to track all transactions and reduce the risks of shadow trafficking.<\/p>\n<h3 data-section-id=\"lwq8f7\" data-start=\"1010\" data-end=\"1034\">Why it was introduced<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"1036\" data-end=\"1157\">The Ministry of Digital Transformation emphasises that the new rules should <strong data-start=\"1084\" data-end=\"1120\">make the lottery market more transparent<\/strong> and increase budget revenues.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1159\" data-end=\"1295\">In addition, digital control of operations should increase trust in the lottery market and ensure more effective state
