The drug showed good results in hair restoration during clinical trials.<\/p>\n<h2>MHRA approval of the drug<\/h2>\n<p>British medicines regulator <strong>MHRA<\/strong> approved deuruxolitinib, also known as <strong>Leqselvi<\/strong>, for the treatment of people with severe focal alopecia. This solution opens up new opportunities for patients suffering from hair loss.<\/p>\n<p>The drug was positively evaluated after analysing the results of clinical trials that demonstrated its effectiveness in the fight against alopecia.<\/p>\n<h2>Results of clinical trials<\/h2>\n<p>In clinical trials, almost a third of patients regained at least 80% of scalp hair over six months of treatment. This indicates significant progress in the treatment of severe alopecia.<\/p>\n<p>Deuruxolitinib works by reducing inflammation and blocking damage to hair follicles by the immune system.
