In Ukraine, since the beginning of 2026, there has been a sharp rising prices for basic products<\/strong> food. Buckwheat was the most expensive product, rising by almost 60% over the past two months, from around UAH 33 to over UAH 52 per kilo.<\/p>\n The rise in prices has affected not only cereals. Prices for vegetables, meat, eggs and oil - the products that form the basis of the Ukrainian consumer basket - are also rising.
