This was reported by the Russian media. The bill was developed by the Ministry of Digital Transformation of the Russian Federation. The document provides for strict rules for the creation and use of AI in the country.<\/p>\n<h2>Closed ecosystem and FSB certification<\/h2>\n<p>According to the initiative, a closed ecosystem will be formed in Russia, where only proven models will be allowed.
