During the incident, they broke the man's arm, used a stun gun and pepper spray. The SBI detained one of the participants in the incident.<\/p>\n<h2>The incident in Zabolotne<\/h2>\n<p>On 20 March, in the village of Zabolottya, Volyn region, three soldiers approached a local resident who was fishing near a pond. According to the SBI, they tried to mobilise the man, although he is not subject to conscription due to his age - he is 60 years old.<\/p>\n<p>During the detention attempt, the TCC official and his colleagues used force. They broke the man's arm, causing a displaced fracture, and used a stun gun and pepper spray. As a result, the victim suffered burns to his eyes.<\/p>\n<h2>Detention and consequences<\/h2>\n<p>The victim sustained moderate bodily injuries and a long-term health condition. In addition to physical violence, the soldiers damaged the wheels of the fisherman's car so that he could not leave the scene.<\/p>\n<p>SBI officers detained the head of a group in one of the departments of the Kovel RTC and JV. He was served a notice of suspicion, and the court imposed a measure of restraint in the form of house arrest.<\/p>\n<h2>Context.<\/h2>\n<p>The investigation into this incident is ongoing.
