The verification will be carried out under the mechanism of <strong>PURL<\/strong>, which allows tracking the fulfilment of defence commitments.<\/p>\n<p>The agency noted that the main goal is to find out whether the contracted weapons are actually delivered to Ukraine in full.<\/p>\n<h2>Monitoring the fulfilment of US commitments<\/h2>\n<p>Particular attention will be paid to compliance with Washington's commitments. Finland wants to make sure that the US contracts to support Ukraine are fulfilled in good faith.<\/p>\n<p>According to the Ministry of Defence, the inspection will identify possible delays or inconsistencies in the supply of weapons.<\/p>\n<h2>Context.<\/h2>\n<p>The PURL mechanism is used to monitor the implementation of international defence contracts.
