This refers to those who had a legal right to a deferment or were drafted with violations. The decision will be made, in particular, on the basis of court decisions.<\/p>\n<h2 data-section-id=\"1iflf2i\" data-start=\"534\" data-end=\"565\">Who is affected by the draft law<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"567\" data-end=\"720\">The initiative covers several categories of military personnel. In particular, we are talking about people who have <strong>legal grounds for the delay<\/strong>, but were still mobilised.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"722\" data-end=\"879\">The draft law also applies to citizens who have been called up for service in violation of current legislation. In such cases, a court decision will play a key role.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"881\" data-end=\"884\" \/>\n<h2 data-section-id=\"10ynvcz\" data-start=\"886\" data-end=\"923\">In which cases dismissal is possible<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"925\" data-end=\"1000\">According to the document, dismissal from service is possible in two main cases:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1002\" data-end=\"1102\">\n<li data-section-id=\"pklyzy\" data-start=\"1002\" data-end=\"1045\">If the serviceman was entitled to a deferment<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"149e4pl\" data-start=\"1046\" data-end=\"1102\">If mobilisation is declared unlawful by a court decision<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1104\" data-end=\"1207\">This means that each case will be considered individually, taking into account legal grounds and evidence.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"1209\" data-end=\"1212\" \/>\n<h2 data-section-id=\"zxgr8x\" data-start=\"1214\" data-end=\"1244\">What will change for the military<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"1246\" data-end=\"1428\">If the bill is passed, the military will have a mechanism to protect their rights. This will allow them to appeal <a href=\"https:\/\/ukrmedia.news\/en\/suspilstvo\/ukraine-mobilisation-force-ban\/\">illegal mobilisation<\/a> and, if there are grounds, seek dismissal from the service.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1430\" data-end=\"1563\">Experts note that such an initiative could significantly affect the practice of mobilisation and increase responsibility for its implementation.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"1565\" data-end=\"1568\" \/>\n<h2 data-section-id=\"1wddpge\" data-start=\"1570\" data-end=\"1602\">Does this apply to volunteers<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"1604\" data-end=\"1804\">The draft law applies to both mobilised and volunteers. If it is proved that a person was entitled to a deferral or was drafted with violations, he or she may also be eligible for release.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"1806\" data-end=\"1809\" \/>\n<h2 data-section-id=\"4y44yn\" data-start=\"1811\" data-end=\"1840\">What Ukrainians need to know<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"1842\" data-end=\"1974\">Currently, the draft law has only been registered in the Verkhovna Rada. To become effective, it must pass all stages of consideration and be signed.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1976\" data-end=\"2100\">At the same time, this initiative is already attracting considerable
