Volodymyr Zelenskyy called on European countries to create a powerful military bloc without the participation of the United States. The President emphasised that only by joining forces with the UK, Turkey, Norway and Ukraine would it be possible to deter Russia. His initiative came amid Washington's threats to withdraw from NATO.<\/p>\n

Zelensky proposes a new military alliance to Europe<\/h2>\n

President Volodymyr Zelenskyy<\/strong> on the podcast The Rest is Politics<\/strong><\/em> said that the European Union should create a super-powerful military bloc without the United States. According to him, such an alliance should include Ukraine, the United Kingdom, Turkey and Norway. Zelenskyy stressed that only a joint army with Ukrainian and Turkish experience would be able to really confront Russia.<\/p>\n
