The man claims that he is officially entitled to a deferment from mobilisation. As a father of five children, he is not subject to conscription under current legislation.<\/p>\n

Despite this, he said, representatives of the TCC referred him to the military medical commission (MMC), which, in his opinion, had no legal basis.<\/p>\n

Blocking of accounts and proceedings<\/h2>\n

After the fine was issued, enforcement proceedings were opened against the man. This led to the blocking of his bank accounts.<\/p>\n

The Kyiv resident says that he was effectively left without access to his own money on the eve of the holidays, which made the situation for his family much more difficult.<\/p>\n

In his post on social media, he stressed that he had not violated the law and had no reason to undergo a preliminary medical examination.<\/p>\n

According to him, the decision to impose the fine and further actions are unlawful, and therefore he plans to appeal against them in court.<\/p>\n
