The amount of damage to the state is estimated at at least UAH 15 million. The scheme is linked to Marat Korolev<\/strong> and other local politicians, but there are no official comments from these individuals.<\/p>\n Among the names mentioned in the case are Sergey Sultanov<\/strong>, is an owner of companies in transport and construction who drives a Lexus. Dmitry Kolesnik<\/strong> owns a Tesla Model S and an Audi Q5.<\/p>\n Also on the list Sergey Yavorsky<\/strong>, co-owner of a real estate agency, Alexey Samoichuk<\/strong>, a major supplier to the construction industry, and Vyacheslav Lakhmay<\/strong>, which is engaged in grain trading. It is separately stated Alexey Pulov<\/strong>, a jeweller, and Ruslana Parfenova<\/strong>, which owns a fleet of BMW X5s and two Touaregs. All of them were registered in different housing cooperatives, including the Fontansky housing cooperative.<\/p>\n The National Police announced the launch of an investigation. There have been no official statements regarding detentions or suspicions. It is known that law enforcement officers are checking the involvement of city officials and heads of housing offices in the scheme.<\/p>\n The internal investigation is ongoing, and the amount of damages may increase after additional checks.
