President of Russia Vladimir Putin<\/strong> said that the decisions taken when the full-scale invasion of Ukraine began in February 2022 were \u00abcorrect and timely\u00bb.
He made this statement during a meeting with the leadership of the Russian Ministry of Defence.<\/p>\n

Statements about the \u201cjustification\u201d of the invasion<\/h2>\n

During his speech, Putin once again repeated the propaganda theses of \u201cprotecting the Russian-speaking population\u201d and \u201cexternal threat\u201d, calling the war a \u201cspecial operation\u201d.
According to him, \u201cthe decisions made in February 2022 were correct and timely.\u201d.<\/p>\n
