Russian President Vladimir Putin has arrived in Tajikistan for a visit, where he was welcomed by President Emomali Rahmon.<\/strong>
This happened despite a valid arrest warrant for Putin issued by the International Criminal Court (ICC).<\/p>\n

During the official ceremony in Dushanbe The President of the Russian Federation was greeted with an honour guard, an orchestra and a personal hug from Emomali Rahmon.<\/strong>
The parties stated that they intend to \u00abdeepen the strategic partnership\u00bb between the two countries.<\/p>\n

\u00abTajikistan demonstrates full loyalty to the Kremlin, despite the ICC international warrant<\/strong><\/em>\u00bb, - human rights activists note.<\/p>\n

Reaction of the international community<\/h2>\n

Organisation. Human Rights Watch<\/strong> on the eve of the visit called on Tajikistan to ban entry or implement the ICC decision and arrest Putin<\/strong>, accused of war crimes against Ukrainian children.
However, Dushanbe publicly ignored these demands.<\/p>\n
