The first two modern radiation shelters were built in the capital.<\/strong>
This was reported by the Obolon District State Administration. The new structures are designed for Long-term stay of people<\/strong> in case of emergency.<\/p>\n

According to the Obolon District State Administration, New radiation protection shelters are permanent structures of increased strength<\/strong>, The facilities are equipped with ventilation and air filtration systems, autonomous lighting and sanitary areas.

Who can use them<\/h2>\n

Each shelter is designed for from 25 to 50 people<\/strong>. They are placed in areas where there is no access to underground storage facilities or the metro<\/strong>, to ensure the protection of residents during possible emergencies.<\/p>\n
