Therefore, restoring power lines is an urgent task<\/em>\u00bb, - said the IAEA Director General <strong data-start=\"2329\" data-end=\"2347\">Raphael Grossi<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"2352\" data-end=\"2355\" \/>\n<h2 data-start=\"2357\" data-end=\"2386\">Context and negotiations<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"2388\" data-end=\"2683\">The decision to start repair work was made after <strong data-start=\"2444\" data-end=\"2556\">technical consultations between the Ukrainian side, the occupation administration of the plant and representatives of the IAEA<\/strong>.<br data-start=\"2557\" data-end=\"2560\" \/>Despite the difficult situation at the frontline, the agency continues to insist on providing <strong data-start=\"2641\" data-end=\"2680\">\u201cnuclear safety zones\u201d around ZNPP<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2687\" data-end=\"2827\">\u00ab<em>We are working with both sides to minimise the risks.
