German defence concern Rheinmetall<\/strong> announced the transfer to Ukraine of additional Skyranger 35 anti-aircraft systems<\/strong>, to be financed by for funds received from the use of frozen assets of the Russian Federation<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

According to the company, these systems will enhance mobile air defence<\/strong> The Ukrainian Armed Forces and will provide effective cover against drones and cruise missiles.<\/p>\n

The decision to use the proceeds from the frozen Russian assets was made within the framework of of the coalition mechanism to help Ukraine<\/strong>, which provides for the allocation of profits to military support.
Part of the funds was allocated specifically for Strengthening the air defence system<\/strong>, This is a priority ahead of the winter period.<\/p>\n

System Skyranger 35<\/strong> is mounted on armoured vehicles and is capable of covering mobile units even while on the move.
