The Supreme Allied Commander Europe, General Alexus Grinkewicz, said that all the weapons provided to Ukraine under the PURL programme and funded by European Allies are already in operation. He drew particular attention to the importance of the delivery of air defence interceptors, which are critical to protecting Ukrainian skies.<\/p>\n

SACEUR confirms arms transfer to Ukraine<\/h2>\n

At the headquarters NATO<\/a> Supreme Allied Commander Europe, in Brussels Alexus Grinkiewicz<\/strong> has officially confirmed that US weapons purchased with funds from European allies under the PURL programme are already in operation in Ukraine. According to Hrinkevych, this applies to all types of weapons, including air defence interceptors, which are essential to counter Russian attacks.<\/p>\n

Alexus Grinkevych stressed that the allies invest in the security of Ukraine and the whole of Europe by providing stable military support.<\/p>\n

The PURL programme: implications for Ukraine<\/h2>\n

The official confirmation of the full transfer of weapons under the PURL programme demonstrates the high level of coordination between the allies and Ukraine.
