On Thursday, the Lithuanian Foreign Ministry responded to Belarus' accusations that a Ukrainian drone was launched from Lithuanian territory. Vilnius called Minsk's statement a provocation and an attempt to destabilise the situation in the region.<\/p>\n

Lithuania rejects Minsk's accusations<\/h2>\n

The Lithuanian Foreign Ministry on Thursday categorically denied statements of Belarus<\/a> about the alleged launch of a Ukrainian drone from Lithuanian territory. The ministry stressed that Lithuania had nothing to do with the incident, and that it regarded such accusations as another provocation by Minsk. \u00abWe consider this to be part of a hybrid campaign aimed at destabilising the situation on the border,\u00bb the Foreign Ministry stressed.<\/p>\n

Minsk continues information pressure<\/h2>\n

Earlier, the Belarusian State Border Committee said that on 19 May, a Ukrainian drone<\/a>, who had flown in from Lithuania. Minsk accused Vilnius of cooperating with Kyiv to organise attacks on Belarusian territory.
