After the attack on Starobilsk, Moscow has escalated its rhetoric, and expert Ihor Lutsenko explains what Kyiv can expect in the event of new offensives. He also comments on possible areas of escalation, including Belarus and the Baltic states.<\/p>\n

Strike on a college building and a dormitory in occupied Starobilsk<\/a> attracted the Kremlin's attention.
