Russians launched a missile attack near Bila Tserkva in Kyiv region using an Oreshnik missile. Adviser to the Minister of Defence Serhiy Sternenko said that it was a nuclear missile without a warhead, which was launched to intimidate Ukraine and the world. The Ukrainian military is preparing for new large-scale strikes on Russian military infrastructure.<\/p>\n
