Instead of massive attacks, a series of targeted strikes on regions one after another<\/h2>\n

First Deputy Minister of Energy Artem Nekrasov<\/strong> said that Russia has changed the tactics of attacks on Ukraine's energy infrastructure<\/strong>.
As he noted, if two or three years ago the enemy tried to conduct simultaneous all-out attacks on the network, now Russia Moves to targeted spot attacks<\/strong> - one region after another.<\/p>\n

Point attacks are intended to disrupt critical infrastructure in a particular region, causing localised but repeated power outages.
This approach is unlike mass attacks that covered many areas simultaneously:<\/p>\n

    The Ministry of Energy and grid operators are accelerating resilience measures:<\/p>\n

      deployment of mobile repair teams in critical areas;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      strengthening the protection of individual substations and transmission lines;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Prioritising the restoration of power supply to socially important facilities (hospitals, utilities).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Experts emphasise that a more flexible strategy is needed: quick identification of vulnerable nodes, proactive shutdowns to minimise damage, and coordination with local authorities on temporary energy saving regimes.<\/p>\n

      The shift to targeted attacks means that blackouts may be more frequent and longer in certain areas, although the scale of each episode will be smaller. Local administrations and energy companies are calling on citizens:<\/p>\n
