The man invited the victim to talk to him, but instead pushed him into the basement, where he began to use violence. In the morning, the victim managed to free himself and seek help from the police and doctors. Doctors provided him with the necessary medical care.<\/p>\n<h2>Investigations and legal consequences<\/h2>\n<p>Law enforcement officers seized the crime weapon during the inspection of the scene. The detainee was served a notice of suspicion of <strong>\u0447. 2 of Article 146 (unlawful deprivation of liberty with physical suffering) and Article 127 (torture) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine<\/strong>.
