According to the Russian-appointed \u00abgovernor\u00bb of the Kherson region <strong>Vladimir Saldo<\/strong>, a railway bridge in the Chongar area was damaged as a result of the attack. This led to a complete closure of traffic heading towards the Dzhankoy border crossing.<\/p>\n<h2>Impact on traffic<\/h2>\n<p>Following the attack, cars are being forced to turn back near Novooleksiivka, whilst the road is closed to all other vehicles.
