This company was, in fact, producing concrete mixes for the construction of protective structures.<\/p>\n<p>However, the paperwork relating to the supply of concrete mixes and quality certificates was carried out in the name of a private company, which was used to handle the administrative formalities and conceal the actual manufacturer of the products. This made it possible to avoid liability for the infringements.<\/p>\n<p>The forensic examination confirmed that the volume and cost of the work actually carried out do not, in part, correspond to the figures stated in the acceptance certificates for the completed construction works. In particular, the cost of materials that were not actually installed during the refurbishment of the outdoor switchgear amounts to over 8.1 million hryvnias.<\/p>\n<p>Law enforcement officers carried out 11 authorised searches.
