Russia is massing troops to the EU's borders<\/h2>\n

Minister of Defence of Finland Antti H\u00e4kkinen<\/strong> said. Russia is building up its military presence near the borders of the European Union<\/strong> and is preparing for \u201cthe second phase of military aggression\u201d<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Finland strengthens its defence<\/h2>\n
