Therefore, the establishment of a separate agricultural ministry would require a reorganisation of the central executive authorities, rather than merely a personnel decision.<\/p>\n<h2>What changes to the structure of the government are being discussed?<\/h2>\n<p>People's Deputy <strong>Yaroslav Zheleznyak<\/strong> He stated that several options for restructuring the ministries are being considered. However, the parliamentary documents currently available do not include a published agenda containing a nomination for the head of government or the new composition of the Cabinet of Ministers.<\/p>\n<p>Under the Constitution, the Verkhovna Rada appoints the Prime Minister on the recommendation of the President, made at the suggestion of the coalition or the parliamentary majority faction. Public reactions to Koretsky\u2019s candidacy are currently mixed: the MP <strong>Alexey Goncharenko<\/strong> called him the only candidate, whilst the MP <strong>Vladimir Kreidenko<\/strong> He spoke about three candidates \u2014 Koretsky, Mykhailo Fedorov and Denys Shmyhal.<\/p>\n<p>Even if political agreements on the appointment of ministers are reached in advance, the legal procedures vary.
