In the village of Yasna Polyana, in the Kramatorsk community in Donetsk Oblast, two people were killed and three others were injured as a result of a Russian attack. This was reported by the Donetsk Oblast Prosecutor\u2019s Office and the emergency services. The strike hit a residential area: 17 houses were damaged, and people were trapped under the rubble in one of the homes.<\/p>\n
Briefly about the main points<\/strong><\/p>\n Russian troops shelled the residential area of Yasna Polyana at 15:05 on 15 July, according to the Donetsk Regional Prosecutor\u2019s Office. Yasna Polyana is part of the Kramatorsk territorial community in the Kramatorsk district.<\/p>\n According to the investigation, a 31-year-old woman, a 47-year-old woman and a 19-year-old man were injured. Seventeen private homes were damaged as a result of the attack.<\/p>\n People were trapped under the rubble of one of the houses. During the emergency rescue operation, emergency services discovered and recovered the bodies of two people who had died.<\/p>\n Rescue workers also put out a fire in a private residential building and outbuildings. The total area affected by the fire was 260 square metres.<\/p>\n Law enforcement officers have launched a pre-trial investigation into Article 438(2) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine<\/a> \u2014 for breaches of the laws and customs of war, resulting in the loss of life.<\/p>\n Vadym Filashkin, Head of the Donetsk Regional Military Administration, had previously reported that the number of casualties and the extent of the damage were being ascertained on the ground.
