A minibus was passing by the site of the strike and was damaged by debris. Four of its passengers were injured, whilst the driver suffered acute stress reaction.<\/p>\n<div class=\"news-summary-box\">\n<p><strong>Briefly about the main points<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The attack took place at around 06:40 in the village of Vysokyi, in the Kharkiv district.<\/li>\n<li>The strike was recorded on the premises of a civilian enterprise.<\/li>\n<li>The debris damaged a minibus that was driving past.<\/li>\n<li>Four passengers on the minibus were injured.<\/li>\n<li>The driver refused to be admitted to hospital following an acute stress reaction.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<h2>The attack took place on the morning of 16 July<\/h2>\n<p>According to the investigation, the attack took place at around 06:40. The Public Prosecutor\u2019s Office has provisionally classified the drone used by Russia as a \u00ab<a href=\"https:\/\/ukrmedia.news\/analitika\/geran-1-2-3-5-analiz-droniv-rf-ukraina\/\">Geranium<\/a>\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>The strike was recorded on the company\u2019s premises. At the moment of the strike, a minibus carrying passengers was driving past. It was damaged by debris, which also caused injuries to the people inside.<\/p>\n<h2>The driver did not go to hospital<\/h2>\n<p>Four passengers on the minibus were injured. The driver of the minibus suffered an acute stress reaction but refused to be taken to hospital.<\/p>\n<p>The Kharkiv Regional Prosecutor\u2019s Office has launched a pre-trial investigation under Part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine \u2014 violation of the laws and customs of war.<\/p>\n<h2>Attacks also continued in other parts of the region<\/h2>\n<p>The morning strike in Vysokyi followed a series of intense attacks on the Kharkiv region. As of 08:50 on 16 July, the regional military administration reported that Kharkiv and a further 23 settlements in the region had come under attack over the previous 24 hours.<\/p>\n<p>According to this report, 18 people, including a child, were injured as a result of previous attacks.
