The premium smartphone market in 2026 has become more complex: the most expensive model is no longer necessarily the best choice for a particular buyer. Apple offers reliability, video capabilities and a strong ecosystem; Samsung offers the most versatile Android experience; Xiaomi focuses on Leica cameras; Google emphasises software-based photo processing; and HONOR stands out for its battery life and fast charging.<\/p>\n

We have compared five current flagship models available for purchase in Ukraine in July 2026. The prices quoted in this article are indicative: they depend on the amount of storage, the type of SIM card, the official warranty and the specific retailer.<\/p>\n

The Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra \u2014 the best all-round Android phone<\/h2>\n

The Galaxy S26 Ultra takes top spot not because of any single record-breaking feature, but because it has no obvious weaknesses. It features a large 6.9-inch AMOLED display with a 120 Hz refresh rate, a powerful Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 for Galaxy processor, an S Pen and four main cameras.<\/p>\n

The main module has a resolution of 200 MP. Its aperture has been increased to f\/1.4, allowing the camera to capture more light during evening shots. Samsung has also added Horizon Lock stabilisation and a Privacy Display feature, which limits the visibility of the screen when viewed from an angle.<\/p>\n

The 5,000 mAh battery isn\u2019t the largest in the ranking, but the manufacturer claims up to 31 hours of video playback. The smartphone also features deeper integration with Galaxy AI and Ukrainian language support for some of the editing tools.<\/p>\n
