He also informed the claimant in advance of the best time for her to file her claim.<\/p>\n
The automated system allocates registered cases amongst judges who have the necessary authority and are available to hear cases in the relevant category. Judges on leave do not receive new cases. Allegations and possible suspension<\/h2>\n

In the spring, the intermediary was caught red-handed after handing over 2,000 dollars to the president of the court. The entire sum was subsequently found during a search of the judge\u2019s office.<\/p>\n
The official was served with a notice of suspicion under part three Article 368 of the Criminal Code<\/em> \u2014 the acceptance of an undue advantage by a public official holding a position of responsibility. The penalty under this section is up to 10 years\u2019 imprisonment with confiscation of property<\/strong>.<\/p>\nLaw enforcement authorities are considering whether to suspend the judge from office and to impose a preventive measure. The temporary suspension of a judge from the administration of justice does not take effect automatically upon the raising of a suspicion: a reasoned application to that effect is considered by the High Council of Justice. The initial duration of such a measure may not exceed two months.<\/p>\n
An inheritance dispute is not limited to the existence of a marriage<\/h2>\n
The absence of a registered marriage does not in itself preclude the right to inherit by operation of law. Persons who lived with the deceased as part of the same household for at least five years prior to the opening of the succession may be classified as fourth-order heirs.<\/p>\n
