Ballistic and cruise missiles struck the company\u2019s production facility in the Solomyanskyi district of the capital.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"411\" data-end=\"707\">Roman Trokhymets, the driver of the concrete mixer truck, and Ruslan Hrenchak, the forklift driver, were killed. Another employee \u2014 Yuriy Oliinyk, a forklift driver \u2014 was injured. Roman Trokhymets worked as a concrete mixer truck driver, whilst Ruslan Hrenchak worked as a forklift driver.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1332\" data-end=\"1466\">Their colleague, Yuriy Oliinyk, was injured. He was given the necessary medical treatment. The company has stated that his life is not in danger.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1468\" data-end=\"1763\">Autostrada expressed its condolences to the families and loved ones of the victims. Ukrinform also reported that two people had been killed and one injured.<\/p>\n<h2 data-section-id=\"1qqx3n6\" data-start=\"1765\" data-end=\"1817\">The factory, machinery and production facilities have been damaged<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"1819\" data-end=\"2004\">The Russian attack caused significant damage to the company\u2019s production infrastructure. According to preliminary estimates, more than 20 pieces of construction and specialist machinery have been destroyed or damaged.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2006\" data-end=\"2027\">The following were affected:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"2029\" data-end=\"2165\">\n<li data-section-id=\"k9rqut\" data-start=\"2029\" data-end=\"2046\">concrete plant;<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1hutz37\" data-start=\"2047\" data-end=\"2084\">an appliance repair centre;<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"2ciysc\" data-start=\"2085\" data-end=\"2108\">production premises;<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"13bjo5\" data-start=\"2109\" data-end=\"2133\">laboratory complex;<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1rxx7vl\" data-start=\"2134\" data-end=\"2165\">staff accommodation complex.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"2167\" data-end=\"2337\">A photograph released by the company shows extensive damage inside one of the production buildings: damaged walls, floors, equipment and service installations.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2339\" data-end=\"2490\">The company has not yet disclosed the final amount of the losses. Nor has it been reported to what extent the damage will affect the progress of current construction projects.<\/p>\n<h2 data-section-id=\"1wsx151\" data-start=\"2492\" data-end=\"2539\">The company builds roads and strategic facilities<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"2541\" data-end=\"2733\">Autostrada is one of Ukraine\u2019s largest infrastructure and construction companies. It is involved in the construction and renovation of roads, bridges, transport interchanges and other key infrastructure projects.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2735\" data-end=\"2899\">The destruction of the production facilities means the loss not only of premises, but also of machinery, maintenance facilities, laboratory equipment and the resources required to carry out the work.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2901\" data-end=\"3122\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\"><a href=\"https:\/\/ukrmedia.news\/viyna\/ataka-na-kyiv-15-postrazhdalykh\/\">The Russian attack<\/a> The incident at the company in the Solomyanskyi district had both human and economic consequences.
