The wording of the draft programme refers to construction; the city authorities have not announced a specific timetable for the opening of these stations to passengers.<\/p>\n<p>In December 2025, the Mayor of Kyiv <strong>Vitali Klitschko<\/strong> It was reported that the main structures of the \u00abMostytska\u00bb line are expected to be completed in 2026. This is not the date on which train services are due to commence.<\/p>\n<h2>Construction work is already underway in the Podilskyi district<\/h2>\n<p>Between January and March 2026, work on extending the Green Line was carried out at five construction sites in the Podilskyi district. Double-deck monolithic tunnels are being built between the two future stations.<\/p>\n<p>The Kyiv City Council approved the name \u00abVarshavska\u00bb in May 2023, renaming the station previously known as \u00abProspekt Pravdy\u00bb.
