Kremlin resettles Russians to displace Ukrainians and change ethnic composition of regions<\/h2>\n

The Kremlin is launching a large-scale demographic operation under the guise of the \u00abSiberian revival\u00bb programme - now it plans to implement it in the occupied territories of Ukraine. This was reported by Centre for National Resistance (CNR)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

According to Ukrainian intelligence, the Russian authorities are preparing to relocate residents from remote regions of the Russian Federation to the occupied areas of Donetsk, Luhansk, Zaporizhzhia and Kherson regions. This campaign is being presented as the \u00abreturn of historical Russians,\u00bb but in reality, the goal is to Replacement of the Ukrainian population and changing demographic balance<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

According to the CNS, the main goal of the programme is to:<\/p>\n

    Analysts note that this policy is reminiscent of the Soviet practice of resettlement, when Moscow artificially changed the ethnic composition of the controlled territories.
