An agreement has been reached with the IT community that companies must strictly comply with the requirements of the law and prevent abuse, as such practices call into question the very purpose of the system.<\/p>\n<p>The minister noted that her task is to maintain the conditions necessary for the development of that part of the IT sector which operates without malpractice. At the same time, the sector must operate within the rules so that isolated incidents do not cast a shadow over the entire industry.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/ukrmedia.news\/en\/vazhlyvo-znaty\/novi-pravila-bronuvannya-zarplaty\/\">Booking<\/a> applies to employees of enterprises, institutions and organisations that are deemed critical to the functioning of the state, the economy or the fulfilment of the needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine or other military formations.<\/p>\n<h2>Cases arising following staff reductions will be identified via digital systems<\/h2>\n<p>Ferchuk cited instances where a company had reserved a certain number of staff but, following staff cuts, had not revised the number of staff reserved.
