Law enforcement officers detained 18 organisers. According to the investigation, they offered fake medical documents, the arrangement of guardianship, fictitious employment with \u00abreservation\u00bb of a post, illegal departure from the country and desertion from their place of service.<\/p>\n<div class=\"news-summary-box\">\n<p><strong>Briefly about the main points<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Eighteen organisers of fraudulent schemes have been arrested in several regions.<\/li>\n<li>In the Zhytomyr region, false cancer diagnoses cost 15,000 dollars.<\/li>\n<li>Almost 100 conscripts have been involved in the scheme relating to guardian status.<\/li>\n<li>In the Khmelnytskyi region, people were selling fake \u00abbookings\u00bb for travel.<\/li>\n<li>The suspects face up to 12 years\u2019 imprisonment and confiscation of property.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<h2>In the Zhytomyr region, operations were faked to fabricate cancer diagnoses<\/h2>\n<p>In the Zhytomyr region, four people involved in a scam centred on non-existent cancer diagnoses have been exposed. For 15,000 dollars, a local estate agent sought out clients, whilst the head of department and a doctor at the cancer clinic, together with a member of staff from the Primary Healthcare Centre, prepared the paperwork.<\/p>\n<p>Pros. <a href=\"https:\/\/t.me\/SBUkr\/18418\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">data<\/a> During the investigation, those involved simulated surgical procedures and used biological material from real patients to produce medical certificates stating serious diagnoses. Almost fifty people made use of this service.<\/p>\n<h2>Two schemes involving forged medical documents were operating in the Odesa region<\/h2>\n<p>In the Odesa region, the SBU\u2019s military counter-intelligence unit has detained three businessmen suspected of unlawfully discharging military personnel from service on the grounds of alleged poor health. Among them are the son of the president of the regional commercial court and two former officials of the Territorial Military Commissariat.<\/p>\n<p>According to the case file, together with the secretary of the local medical examination board, they arranged fictitious hospital treatment and entered false diagnoses. The \u00abpackage\u00bb of documents cost 15,000 dollars.<\/p>\n<p>Separately, in Odesa, a GP and two staff members of a medical facility \u2013 including the head of a department at the regional medical centre \u2013 were exposed. They had promised to arrange early discharge from military service on the basis of falsified medical certificates. A certificate confirming disability cost 4,000 dollars; at the start of the scheme, at least 20 men had approached them.<\/p>\n<h2>A blogger has been arrested in the Cherkasy region and found to have set up a fictitious guardianship arrangement<\/h2>\n<p>A blogger has been detained in the Cherkasy region who, according to the investigation, posted the routes of mobile units of the Territorial Defence Forces and law enforcement officers on TikTok. He then urged those liable for military service to avoid those locations.<\/p>\n<p>Law enforcement officers also uncovered a former secretary of the Medical Advisory Commission. For 2,000 dollars, she helped arrange guardian status by using fabricated medical reports claiming that relatives of conscripts were suffering from serious illnesses. According to the case file, nearly 100 conscripts took advantage of this scheme.<\/p>\n<h2>In the Khmelnytskyi region, people were offered bogus employment and \u00abreservations\u00bb<\/h2>\n<p>Three organisers of the scheme have been arrested in the Khmelnytskyi region <a href=\"https:\/\/ukrmedia.news\/en\/suspilstvo\/skhema-shlyakh-volyn-vyyizd-za-kordon-15000-dolariv\/\">the illegal departure of men abroad<\/a>. For 14,000 dollars, they offered a bogus job at a critical infrastructure organisation, with a subsequent \u00abreservation\u00bb of the position.<\/p>\n<p>According to the investigation, the documents obtained were intended to allow those liable for military service to leave Ukraine under the guise of a business trip.<\/p>\n<h2>In Vinnytsia, a contract soldier is suspected of aiding and abetting an absence from duty<\/h2>\n<p>In Vinnytsia, the SBU\u2019s counter-intelligence unit detained a contract soldier from one of the military units. According to law enforcement officials, for 9,500 dollars, he helped conscripts to leave their place of service illegally, secretly taking them beyond the perimeter of the restricted-access facility whilst bypassing checkpoints. Two of his accomplices were to drive these people out of the garrison in cars.<\/p>\n<p>The detainees have been informed that they are suspected of offences under several sections of the Criminal Code, including obstructing the activities of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, illegally crossing the border, forging documents, abuse of influence and desertion.
