The parties will develop a model for a future joint venture, which will operate on the basis of Airlogix\u2019s technologies. The partnership is intended to help scale up the production of Ukrainian drones in Europe and increase their supply to the Ukrainian Defence Forces.<\/p>\n<div class=\"news-summary-box\">\n<p><strong>Briefly about the main points<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Airlogix and Innokas have signed a letter of intent regarding their cooperation.<\/li>\n<li>In Finland, work is underway on the production of UAVs using Airlogix technology.<\/li>\n<li>The company has not yet been set up: the parties are drawing up a framework for their collaboration.<\/li>\n<li>The project is being implemented as part of the Build With Ukraine initiative.<\/li>\n<li>The plan is to use the products to strengthen Ukraine\u2019s defences.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<h2>As far as the development of a model for cooperation is concerned<\/h2>\n<p>The signed document does not signify the start of production or the establishment of a joint venture. It is a letter of intent under which the partners will jointly develop the legal, technical and operational framework for their future cooperation.<\/p>\n<p>Following this, the companies plan to develop the production model and set up a joint venture in Finland.<\/p>\n<h2>The products must be intended to strengthen Ukraine\u2019s defences<\/h2>\n<p>The agreement is being developed as part of \u2018Build With Ukraine\u2019 \u2013 an initiative by the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine aimed at joint <a href=\"https:\/\/ukrmedia.news\/en\/economics\/ukrayina-peregovory-frantsiya-rakety-scalp\/\">the production of Ukrainian weapons<\/a> in partner countries under an official licence. Airlogix has stated that the aim of its Finnish operation is to scale up the production of Ukrainian UAVs in Europe and increase supplies to the Defence Forces.<\/p>\n<p>\u0423 <strong>Innokas<\/strong> They stated that the products manufactured in Europe as part of this collaboration would be intended solely to strengthen Ukraine\u2019s defence capabilities.
