Several industrial sites came under fire, and a large-scale fire broke out at one of them, covering a total area of over 3,000 square metres. Facilities belonging to the road and forestry sectors were also on fire. The attack caused a fire, which spread over an area of <strong data-start=\"1014\" data-end=\"1046\">over 3,000 square metres<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1087\" data-end=\"1233\">Photographs published by the emergency services show a large-scale fire in industrial or commercial buildings. The fire has engulfed a significant portion of the structures.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1235\" data-end=\"1345\">Rescue workers managed to put out all the fires caused by the night-time attack.<\/p>\n<h2 data-section-id=\"1l2pmkm\" data-start=\"1347\" data-end=\"1392\">Several businesses were targeted in the attacks<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"1394\" data-end=\"1435\">The night-time attack was not limited to a single target.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1437\" data-end=\"1671\">The State Emergency Service reports fires in various areas <strong data-start=\"1478\" data-end=\"1556\">road and forestry organisations, as well as private companies<\/strong>. Consequently, strikes were recorded at several locations across the Koryukivka district.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1673\" data-end=\"1874\">The local publication \u00abChernihiv Region Information Portal\u00bb describes the events as a massive <a href=\"https:\/\/ukrmedia.news\/en\/viyna\/udar-chernihiv-bahatopoverkhivka-24-serpnia\/\">an attack by enemy UAVs<\/a> and also reports that several businesses in the community have been affected.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1876\" data-end=\"1935\">The exact extent of the material damage has not yet been disclosed.<\/p>\n<h2 data-section-id=\"vx4gai\" data-start=\"1937\" data-end=\"1978\">Preliminary reports indicate that there were no casualties<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"1980\" data-end=\"2143\">Despite the extensive fires and damage to facilities, <strong data-start=\"2033\" data-end=\"2104\">No reports of fatalities or injuries had been received by the rescue services<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2145\" data-end=\"2241\">Units from the State Emergency Service were working at the sites of the strikes, clearing up the aftermath of the attack and putting out the fires.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2243\" data-end=\"2495\">The Koryukivka District is situated in the north of the Chernihiv Oblast and is regularly subjected to Russian attacks due to its proximity to the border with the Russian Federation. In recent months, Russian troops have repeatedly attacked businesses, civilian buildings and infrastructure in the area.<\/p>\n<h2 data-section-id=\"i5pgly\" data-start=\"2497\" data-end=\"2562\">Russia continues to attack civilian infrastructure in the Chernihiv region<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"2564\" data-end=\"2643\">The night-time strike was yet another attack on the region\u2019s commercial and industrial facilities.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2645\" data-end=\"2889\">Just a few days earlier, damage to businesses, residential buildings and critical infrastructure had been reported in the Chernihiv region.
