The victim was 31-year-old Senior Lieutenant Oleksiy Zagvazdin, a police officer serving in the Natalynska community.<\/p>\n<p>A 42-year-old man and a 43-year-old woman were injured. The immediate cause of the law enforcement officer\u2019s death was a Russian missile strike.<\/p>\n<h2>Investigators are reviewing the decisions regarding the safety of participants<\/h2>\n<p>On 30 August, the details were entered into the Unified Register of Pre-trial Investigations under Part 3 of Article 367 of the Criminal Code \u2014 professional negligence. The police are establishing all the circumstances of the incident and checking whether officials from the village military administration had properly assessed the security situation and taken measures to protect those involved.<\/p>\n<p>The registration of the case does not constitute a finding of guilt against specific officials and does not alter the fact that the attack was carried out by the Russian military.
