The police reported 36 shelling incidents targeting 25 settlements in the region. According to the police, the people were injured when a Russian drone struck them.<\/p>\n<p>Apartment blocks and private houses, as well as cars, were damaged. Investigative teams and bomb disposal experts were at the sites of the attacks, documenting the aftermath of the strikes and gathering evidence for the investigation.<\/p>\n<h2>A woman injured in the Seredyna-Budsk community has been admitted to hospital<\/h2>\n<p>A 52-year-old woman was injured in a mortar attack in the Seredino-Budsk community. A house was also damaged. Andriy Belyaev, head of the Shostka District Military Administration, reported that the woman had been taken to hospital.<\/p>\n<p>Operational reports from local authorities during this period also mentioned damage to civilian infrastructure in the Mykolaivska rural and Novoslobodska communities, and to a non-residential building in the Hlukhivska community. In the Novoslobodsk community, there has been no electricity supply since the attacks on the evening of 30 August; restoration depends on the security situation.<\/p>\n<p>Investigators have opened criminal proceedings in relation to all incidents of shelling under Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine \u2014 \u00abWar crimes\u00bb.
