On the night of 4 September, Russian forces attacked Kropyvnytskyi with drones. Strikes were recorded at three locations. In one instance, the roof of a nine-storey residential block caught fire; one person was injured and taken to hospital. Fires also broke out at an infrastructure site and in an open area. Emergency services have now extinguished all the fires.<\/p>\n

A drone crashed into a nine-storey building<\/h2>\n

The Russian attack on Kropyvnytskyi took place on the evening of 3 September and during the night of 3\u20134 September. According to the head of the Kirovohrad Regional State Administration Andriy Raikovich<\/strong>, the city was attacked by jet-powered drones.<\/p>\n

One of the hits occurred on multi-storey residential building<\/strong>. The impact caused the roof of the nine-storey building to catch fire.<\/p>\n

One person was injured. The injured person was taken to hospital, where they are receiving the necessary treatment.<\/p>\n

Footage released by the State Emergency Service shows damage to the upper part of the building following the attack.<\/p>\n

Strikes were recorded at two further locations<\/h2>\n

Overall, the effects of the attack were observed across the city at three different locations<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

In addition to the nine-storey residential block, a fire broke out on the premises of an infrastructure facility. According to the regional authorities, one of the strikes also hit the premises of a business, where the roof was damaged and caught fire.<\/p>\n

At the third location, dry vegetation caught fire. A farm building was also damaged.<\/p>\n

Rescue workers were at all the impact sites. As of this morning All the fires have been put out<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The city is beginning to record the damage<\/h2>\n

Andriy Raikovych announced that a special commission is due to begin work on the morning of 4 September to document the consequences of the Russian attack and the damage caused to the city.<\/p>\n
