Another bill \u2014 No. 15294 \u2014 was adopted in principle by MPs on 14 July; it is currently being prepared for its second reading.<\/p>\n During the parliamentary debate, a Member of Parliament Vladlen Neklyudov<\/strong> stated that the issue of decriminalising content featuring adults should be addressed through amendments. The current Article 301 of the Criminal Code covers certain offences involving pornographic material and provides for imprisonment of between three and seven years for specific aggravated offences.
